Third-party resources
This website embeds no third-party resource capable of tracking or profiling the user. In particular:
- typefaces are hosted on this website’s own servers: no request is made to external font services;
- scripts and stylesheets are served from this website’s domain: no external content delivery network (CDN) is involved;
- the three-dimensional product viewer and the models it displays are hosted on this website;
- there are no interactive maps, embedded videos, social buttons or widgets, or third-party forms;
- the links to Mital’s social profiles in the footer are plain text links: they load nothing and set no cookie until you click them;
- no Google Analytics or any other statistics, remarketing or advertising system is installed.
The only traffic information collected consists of the server’s technical logs, described in the privacy notice.
Legal basis and consent
Because this website uses technical cookies only, no prior consent is required under Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, and there is therefore no consent banner and no prior blocking mechanism. The notice shown on your first visit is purely informative: the “OK” button does not express consent, it merely dismisses the notice so that it is not shown again. The legal basis of the processing is the performance of the service requested by the user together with the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How to manage or delete cookies
You can block cookies or delete those already stored at any time through your browser settings:
Disabling technical cookies does not prevent you from browsing the website, but it may affect some features: for instance, your chosen language will not be remembered and the cookie notice will reappear on every visit.
